Summary 💡

Right now there is some toggling to get async local storage working properly. It would be great is if SolidStart detected the preset being run and automatically ensured the build was correct. Like externalize the right modules etc... While this is a bit hacky, it is a common enough issue for cloudflare users. See #1217.
