Directives work in playground but fail in codesandbox

Describe the bug Custom directives (use:something) work in the playground, but exporting this to codesanbox produces compilation errors

To Reproduce Create a custom directive in the playground export to codesanbox with button in toolbar

Expected behavior Playground should behave the same once exported to codesandbox. Custom directives should work in codesandbox

From what I can see, this seems to be a bug with Codesandbox. I can't seem to be able to find a difference between the playground code and the CodeSandbox code.
