Mapping to Discussion Section

Hello,

This is more of a question than an issue, but i was wondering if there is a way to map fields to the Discussion section as a new comment in Azure DevOps?

We have several fields in Jira that need to be ported over but would work better as a comment in Azure DevOps then as a dedicated field.

I have already tested before and comments in Jira are in fact being ported over to the comments

Above is a image of the section i would like to be placed into the comment section. as you can see there are a few different fields here, of which it would be something if we could get them to post as new comments, hopefully something like this: or even separated out into individual comments.

And this is the section i would like it to be sent to.

These fields in jira are custom fields, and we are using Jira Server for integration with Confluence Let me know if there is anything else i would need to provide you to better explain this.

This is not a issue on my end anymore, as we decided to go with a different route on storing the information into azure, however, this would be something to note about future users who may not want to change the way they have set up Azure and would rather put more information into their discussion section rather then make a bunch of new fields.

@E-McKee adding this to the backlog to investigate how we can extend the current field mapping to also handle this.
