Include Editor and Contributors

At the W3C Solid Community Group call on the 11th April it was decided to include the spec editor and contributors to each of the Solid specification repositories. The editor is clearly the Solid Specifications Repository Manager.

I think @dmitrizagidulin should get listed as one of the authors and possibly also as previous editor. https://github.com/solid/webid-oidc-spec/graphs/contributors

@RubenVerborgh - As you say, the repo name is confusing. Perhaps it might be worth renaming this and any others that foster similar confusion?
