Only one Data Registration per shape tree in the Data Registry

We have been working with this assumption and we need to make sure it is expressed as a MUST requirement. We have been also discussing possibility of having only one Data Registry per Storage #294 and even having a Data Registry being a specific storage type https://github.com/solid/specification/issues/377

Given the purpose of Data Registrations, and the way we have been using them up till now, I do not see a reason not to make this explicit in the spec.
