4K video not working on Big Screen TV android

Black Screen , audio works keep getting this issues: libvlc decoder: more than 5 seconds of late video -> dropping frame (computer too slow ?)

in the end the app crash

This library use packet libvlc on C, for renderinf any frame copy in CPU. And CPU load 100% id
