Black frame delayed before video render?

I have problem in performance. When i play an HLS source, the state of player change to playing very fast, but it only show black frame (white on some device) until 5-10 seconds after. I test the HLS url by other video player in window or MX player Android it only spend 1-2 seconds to render video since click open HLS. My vlc version is 5.0.4
