Migrate to interop-alliance/oidc-rp

solid/oidc-rp has been depreciated in favour of Use interop-alliance/oidc-rp. Please migrate to the latter.

I could but would be reluctant to. My PR last time (for oidc-rp) broke solid-cli and it still has not been fixed. I am not sure what the fix is since I am not an author (scope defined here or in oidc-rp). I do not want to pile on issues unless someone is willing to test things out with me.
