Dynamic links to native Admin Console, Admin API doc, based on installation server

Add links in the footer to the following routes on the FMS host (partial list):

  • Native admin console: https://<server_name>:16000
  • Admin API documentation: https://<server_name>/fmi/admin/apidoc/

These links should open a new tab when clicked.
