Progress display when uploading accession's info

When uploading accession information, we need to implement a display progress indicator to inform users that the process is ongoing. Currently, if users navigate away from the page before the upload completes, the operation is interrupted or breaks silently. Adding a progress display will improve user experience and prevent unintended disruptions during data upload.
