Allow to load photo to personal profile

Expected Behavior

Currently, when accessing personal profile and clicking on the photo it redirects to https://gravatar.com/ This is a request to allow load a jpeg or png photo.

The idea is that you add the photo to gravatar and then it appears in all gravatar compatible websites

There are some companies that people are not comfortable to store their personal info with external sites like Gravatar. They have breedbase in their own server and are requesting to keep it internally.
