Implement email notifications for uploading large number of trials into the Database.

Currently, we don't get an email notification about the status of uploading large numbers of trials using GUI.

It is a good idea when uploading large files. Could it also be implemented for genotype data? Uploading vcf is taking a long time and bringing a lot of problems.
