Feature request: download management factors with phenotypic data

When downloading phenotypic data via either the search wizard or trial detail page, I would like the option to download management factors associated with that data level.

It would also be nice to have the option to summarize phenotypic values by accession and management factor in the "phenotypic summary statistics" section of the trial detail page.

This is similar to #4114, treatments should be included now in phenotype downloads. But maybe not in the BI Breedbase fork yet?

Including the combo of accession x treatment as a grouping option in the phenotype summary stats is a good idea.

@keocorak What version of Breedbase are you using ? I just checked the management factors download option using the latest version of sgn-360. It works fine.
