Editing tool for ona cross wishlist: to remove some cross combinations, change male priorities, add new male parents
Expected Behavior
For Bugs:
Environment
Steps to Reproduce
Requested by musabase (Allan, Stanley, Margaret) Additional Info from Margaret; (1) Changing male priorities will not affect BTracT operations and should be implemented. (2) A wishlist is crucial during the first and repeats pollination. Therefore, a cross combination can be dropped from the wish list if a) it has not been used previously in BTracT or b) the bunch has been harvested (i.e, no longer in the pollination stage) (3)Editing wishlist: First check conditions in (2) above. On the Musabase interface, enable the ability to exclude some of the cross combinations sent to the BTracT app. This can be based on specific genotypes, the pollination blocks, or the year the wishlist was generated. Also, avail options to include only old wishlist, newly created, or both. Depending on the actions taken, the new/altered file should be sent to BTracT replacing the existing one in odk/ONA. As Stanley says, this will help in improving the BTracT interface by only displaying the most relevant accessions.
