Show phenotype values of example images used in image analysis

Open isaak opened this issue 2 years ago • 2 comments

For training images, with phenotypes, e.g. count of Whitefly, it would useful to see the values. Now only predictions are shown. Request by Michael Kanaabi (NaCRRI)

Links to the necrosis paper are available, which should have links to training data. Add a similar reference to the whitefly service.

Make training data available on Cassavabase for users to download

On the image detail page, scores and phenotypes derived from the image or associated with the image as a training set should be displayed

Also important: The necrosis analysis should be an app for faster analysis. Need to talk to Makarere to figure out if this is planned.

@lukasmueller we actually have an app to do this analysis in the field which takes between 5 - 10 seconds to give the result. This is relatively slow for the users given how many plants they have to go through in a day. It was for that reason that we are now just taking pictures in the field and doing the analysis on Cassavabase.
