this raises a good question - do we intend to store stderr as a single value or indicate how it was calculated too?

if the latter then phenotypeprop would be the way to go I think

will try to use phneotypprop. Need to add new system cvterms for the Stderr methods of measurement

How far has this been implemented? I think adding the cvterms for error and type should be straightforward... maybe we need to discuss in the lab meeting?
