Cassava reports as canned queries

Prasad to provide some examples of reports that should be canned queries on Cassavabase.

This is maybe something we can work on during the visit! :-)

Create a new menu, called "Reports", with the following entries:

• Basic DB information. Basic count information of all the data in the database
• Trials. table with trials per year and location
• Germplasm. germplasm by year, location, species, used in trials, plots, pedigrees, donors, country of origin, for each breeding program
• Phenotypes. for each trial, phenotyping events per year, location, trail_name, link to trial, number of traits evaluated
• Traits. trait information, per breeding program, location, trials, stats (std dev, mean, Cv, percent missing, heritability)
• Pedigrees. pedigree information, how many have pedigree information? (number of female parents). Click on count without parents and download as a list)
• Image data: image count, in how many trials, year etc

Some of this information should also be accessible through a tool liked to the wizard for more flexible queries.
