Scale not added to trait properties for user added observation variables

For sites with user added observation variables allowed on /search/traits

When constraints are added to the scale in the interface

They are not added as trait properties on the trait page

Which means when the trait is exported to Field Book the specified constraints aren't carried over. It seems like it would be ideal to have the specified constraints carry over to the trait properties.
