Expected Behavior

Tool for creating rootstock / scion entries should take an excel file with two columns, scion and rootstock, with accession identifiers. It should create a new accession with a rootstock_of relationship to the rootstock, and a scion_of relationship with the scion (duh!). The new accession could actually be of type accession to make things easier... or should it have its own type?
