CRD Trial Design produces random rep_number to plot_number ordering

Expected Behavior

Maybe we can just hide the CRD and use the RCBD option instead? They accomplish the same, but CRD produces a random plot_number to rep_number ordering, while RCBD maintains a logical plot_number to rep_number ordering
