Allow copying/pasting highlights and data types

Same basic thing as copy-pasting comments.

It could be implemented as another copy in the context menu when right clicking within a highlighted data section, or it could copy any highlights within the current selection, relative to the selection base.

Perhaps also having a copy comments+highlights function would make sense too, or "copy all metadata" for type information etc.
