Problem adding hosts

I have the Container Network Performance Tool up and running and have successfully connected to the GUI, but I'm unable to add Docker hosts. I'm unsure if I'm using the correct syntax, or perhaps I'm running into a security/permissions issue, but I either get a timeout or the following response:

Error adding host [10.6.68.138]

Server responded with 400:Couldn't connect to server
