Bad URL format

I really like the purpose of this plugin, but I have problems when I open links.

I select a line, type gho, that opens my browser but the # is replaced by %23 and so, it lead to a 404 on GitHub :cry:

I'm on OS X 10.10 and tried two browsers: Safari and Chrome
