RDP doesn't hide when in full screen

I don't think the hotkeys are global as Microsoft Remote Desktop won't hide which is a shame

Is there any work around?

If you are working within a remote desktop connection, windows seems to bypass the local hotkey handling and forward keys directly to the remote host. Is that what you are trying to do? I have to look into this. Not sure if it's possible.

A workaround could be to use Ctrl+Alt+Break to get out of the remote desktop fullscreen and then hit your hide windows hotkey.
