connected my metamask in top circle connected my phantom wallet in the lower circle and below picture is the result when i press transfer.

is Metamask installed and does it pop up or show any message? And check if there are any errors in the devtools console (F12, assuming this is Chrome)

metmask is installed yes and open, it donest prompt or pop up a approve tab for metamask, it did a cpl of times in the begining but not now. devtools console dont know how to look for this, but it is chrome im using yes

when that fails, can you post a screenshot of the browser console ? Also, do you have enough SOL in your phantom wallet to complete the tx?
