Update rust, solana, anchor, metaplex versions.

Note, due to compatibility issues between solana program test 1.17.* and anchor 0.29.0, solana-program-test is currently on a fork. More details here: https://github.com/coral-xyz/anchor/pull/2711

Furthermore, it seems that the latest deployed solana-program-library crates are not compatible with 1.17.* so these are being imported directly from github.
