Feat: Updated Token program lesson

Problem

Outdated lesson on token program covering the process of a token creation - token transfer.

Summary of Changes

• Improved the code snippets
• Updated some outdate information.
• Added images to for better learning support.
• Used devnet address to demonstrate this entire process(included in screenshots), if that is a problem please inform me of any alternatives.

• Please fork the following repo to Solana developers organization solana-token-frontend to support the links I have changed at the end of this lesson.
