Add v1.5.3 tag for latest ColabFold

The current ColabFold with OpenMM updated from 7.5.1 to 7.7.0 does not have a git version tag. The most recent ColabFold version tag v1.5.2 from March 4, 2023 has the broken energy minimization. It would be nice to tag the current ColabFold with v1.5.3 so users could cite exactly which version of ColabFold they used in their research.

I maintain ColabFold in ChimeraX and want to be able to tell the users the exact version of ColabFold that is being used. Currently ChimeraX just uses a ColabFold version defined by a long github hash.

Hi Tom, We are still debugging a few other recently reported issues due to 3.10 python updated. Hopefully these will be resolved this week (I just pushed a patch in the notebook that uses latest jax), and we can update to v1.5.3.
