Setting up PDB70 using mmseqs for running locally

Hi,

I was wondering how can I set up PDB70 using mmseqs like uniref30 or colabfoldDB as it's done by setup_databases.sh script. I would appreciate any help since I couldn’t find any instructions on that.

I am slowly cleaning up that code. You should be able to setup your own pdb soon. Right now its still tightly coupled to our server.

Many thanks for your prompt response. Do you know by any chance how much not having templates would affect the quality of predictions?

We found the impact of templates to be quite small. They can help if very little homology is found and also for some advanced use cases with custom templates.
