Output o PDB for each recycle step

Expected Behavior

It would be great if a PDB could be generated for each recycle step. That would enable one to see how many recycle steps are needed to fine tune a particular structure and it would enable really cool folding animations:)

Current Behavior

Currently a PDB gets generated only for the last step.
