Add option to run only certain models

Expected Behavior

When using custom templates only models 1 and 2 are interesting. I would propose and option (in the Advanced Settings) to select only a subset of models.

Current Behavior

All models are run.

It seems like an easy thing, so if you agree I'm happy to implement it and do a PR.
