Lable inside Textfield dose not fill entire field

I have a Textfield with the width 400. Although the Textfield it self is 400 long the label inside is for some reason hidden after a point. The labels size is still 400 but still the letters aren't being displayed. Am I doing something wrong here?

The red text in the top left corner shows the actual value of the textfield in the middle inside the green ring. As you can see is there a lot of space for the text yet it disappear.
