Add the Sindarin language

The Sindarin language is supported by Yandex.Translate.

However, the Tengwar script uses an overlapping font (tngen.otf), which shares some code points with ASCII. I haven't figured out how to get multiple fonts work together in xterm. So, if you'll ever want to deal with unusual writing systems and fonts like this, the web interface makes much more sense than a plain terminal.
