Build frameworks not copied to cache

There is error appearing during the build for several occasional frameworks: Error copying : “iOS” couldn’t be moved to “***” because either the former doesn't exist, or the folder containing the latter doesn't exist. After that empty folder is creating in /Users/USERNAME/Library/Caches/carthage-cache/.

On the next launch, the program finds a cache for the framework but no framework data is copied and project build is failed.
