Open links in default browser

Instead of self. Some links do currently open in default browser though (target=_blank?)

This might defeat the purpose of BirdDrop though (ie. quick get-in-out's)

Perhaps should be an option in Preferences?

I have an implementation for this in my fork of your repo. It's a quick hack, but it should indeed be controllable via Preferences.
