Adding a column for inverted item in the question.csv

Currently, to apply the inversion for some likert item, the list is hardcoded in the preprocessing.py (in the init). Need to remove that for 2018 in case more items need to be reverted and add a column 'inverting' with boolean value + rewriting the function for that.
