sbt tasks for serveless projects

Serverless interpreters documentation should contain sbt tasks (ready to use for users) for automated deployment to AWS and for building Docker image from app sources. It has been done in the POC but probably requires some tweaks and adjustments to be more "generic". Also another example should be implemented using tasks above and our runtime AwsLambdaRuntime.
