Bump netty version to 4.1.118.Final for client3

The current netty version used in client3 has vulnerabilities. i.e. CVE-2025-24970. Its resolved in netty 4.1.118.Final. Is it viable to override/bump the netty version for client3, or even better use newer version of armeria? The netty version is propogated transitevely through armeria 1.26.4
