[Feature Request] Add a configurable download size limit to clients

Hello,

Creating this ticket as suggested on https://softwaremill.community/t/limit-the-download-size-of-an-sttp-client/270 .

It would be great if it was possible when downloading some files through Fs2 as a Stream to configure the client in a way that it would fail if a file is deemed to large.
