Ignore / auto review commits from certain users

Hi,

one feature our team would like to see is the ability to ignore commits from certain users, i.e. not show them as to review. Our jenkins we use for building is committing a file to lock our projects dependencies to specific versions with every build, and these commits pollute our codebrag.
