Support multiple calls passed to `mock_call`

As a StarkNet smart contract developer, I want to mock multiple contract calls with mock_call so that i can pass subsequent return values of a call, which might differentiate from one another.

We could add mock_call_once which can be stacked. I would postpone it after the Protostar1.0 release though
