Feature Request: Add jsdelivr CDN Support

Add jsdelivr CDN support on download url.

In some country like China, github server's speed is slow.

jsDelivr is a famous CDN service and provide a speed way to download github repo file.

Could this extension add jsDelivr as a alternative download choice?
