work well in private window but dont work in normal window for Firefox

I have disabled all add-on except for enhanced-github, somehow, it works only in a private window but not a normal window, anyone have an idea about such situation?

environment:

Firefox 119.0(64-bit)
Mozilla Firefox for Arch Linux 
archlinux - 1.0

Now I find the point to reproduce this situation it's that is the login, as long as I login Github, enhanced-github and toc-bar don't work.
