Add Ticket Field to Reports

Describe the bug A PDF and preview reports do not have a ticket field associated with them. We have the data for the ticket, let's use it and make it easier to pull up vulnerabilities reported in a separate ticketing system such as Jira.

Problem Locations Report Generation

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Generate a report.
2. Notice the Jira ticket field is missing in the report.

Expected behavior Expected to see all of the data that was on the vulnerability form reported in the preview and PDF reports.
