Is it possible to set --network alias with docker run cmd

Is it possible to set the network alias e.g. docker run --network-alias=test hello-world-image?

I think this feature request maybe related in that it would require work in the same area.

If setting the network-alias is not possible and something that could be useful/added I am happy to do a PR.
