Hi there. Sorry for the delay but as there’s now a base64 encoder/decoder provided by the java standard library, I haven’t had a need for using or maintaining this library.

If you’d like, I could transfer ownership to you if you’d like to continue its maintenance

Hi @softprops. Yes, transferring ownership is ok for me. I've renamed my fork, so I think transferring would work.
