In v2.5.0 we are back to releases getting stuck in retry loop

We got this in our output:

This is not a fluke as it happend 4 times (3 retries).

Not sure if it related to the retry logic, or some other issue. As you can see, there is very little output.

What is weird is that an other package that we relate with the same action did succeed to get released with the latest version.
