[Feature] Copy generated release notes into CHANGELOG.md

First of all, thanks for the feature, it's really appreciated.

Do you think it would be useful to be able to modify the CHANGELOG.MD file in addition to generating the release notes? The modification would simply be an addition to the file of what has been generated. Then it could replace the Full Changelog field in the Release Note.

Maybe it's already feasible and if so I apologize.
