UI getting messed up when changing "Itemssourcesimple" at runtime

UI getting messed up when changing items source at runtime. Its going horizontally left.  Here is my code:

This is "normal" as it contains 0 item, but it should not crash anyway.

There is no way to create data template with vertically centered label: ``` ``` The label remains on top. I want this because there is no way to change size...
