Subnet Resource

I have a use case where I need to order a portable subnet as part of my infrastructure, but there doesn't seem to be a resource for it. Is this something on the road map?

@tomwganem PR is opened for softlayer_subnet resource. It will support Portable and Static subnets. Please review the specification.
